RULES 

1.
15 teams of 10 boards each, will compete in this tournament. All players at the same board play each other - 14 games per player.

2.
All games are played by Email .

3.
The valid rules are the ICCF playing rules for email team tournaments; the reflection time is exclusively changed to 50 days/10 moves .

4.
Prize money for this tournament are :
500 Euro for the winning team,
200 Euro for the runner-up and
100 Euro for the 3rd place.

5.
The entry fees are fixed to 60 Euro pro team .

6.
The calculation used for this tournament is the
team points (2 points for the a won team match,
1 point for a draw), in case of tie break the
total points achieved on all boards will decide,
then the best results on top boards .

7.
All participants must be members of ICCF federations with possibility to organise international teams (it is not necessary that all members of a team come from the same country).

The final decision about the acception of teams which will take part in the tournament is to Rochade 5171 itself. In case that one team is not retained (e.g. too low ELO average rating of a team) the entry fees will be transferred back.

11.
The tournament is supported by the BdF (particularly by its President Dr.Baumbach) and was confirmed officially from  ICCF, thus it is possible to participants to achieve ICCF norms GM, SIM or IM, and and the games will be taken into account for the ICCF rating.

12.
In contentious cases, the executive committee of
Rochade 5171 and Mr. L.Birzer will take the appropriate
decisions .
